Meat, Shlag and Sad Goodbyes

Went to Peter Luger's tonight for a goodbye dinner for Sarah. Stuffed our faces with the most tender, juicy, buttery, drippy, messy and delicious steak ever. We even picked up the bones and passed around trying to get out the tender 'elbow' meat. Finished off the meal with dessert and shlag. Shlag is thick, freshly whipped cream in a huge bowl. Soooo good. But the event was in honor of Sarah and her new voyage to Palo Alto, California. So sad to say goodbye. But it is such an opportunity for Larry, Sarah and Kiki that is was worth saying goodbye to the Big Apple. So goodbye Sarah. We will miss you so dearly. And you better have a pool built by the time we come to visit ;-) WE LOVE YOU
