New apt?

So our landlord called today and asked if we are renewing our lease. We told him we're not and asked what 2 bedrooms they have available. Turns out they have a 2 bdrm open in our bldg, on our floor, right across the hall. Now the question is, do we take it? The price is right. We wouldn't have to hire movers. There is no brokers fee to pay. No more looking. We've seen the apartment and it's nice. But I was looking forward to discovering a new neighborhood. Having new neighbors.
