There's an article on CNN.com that said that "neither of the boy's two left arms is fully functional and tests have so far been unable to determine which was more developed" and the baby "cried when either of his left arms was touched, but smiled and responded normally to other stimuli". Poor little thing! Apparently he has other medical conditions too. :( I just hope the doctors can do whatever they do to keep him happy and healthy!

Yea but there can be problems later in life for the baby and maybe He cant control the extra arm?
where is that photo from? it's interesting... having another appendage... it sure would help out with boo bear... could hold him and cook efficiently
